Here at The Oar House Restaurant, we have developed trusted relationships with local purveyors and suppliers spanning decades.
Our menus depend on the very freshest of ingredients, and changes are made on a regular basis. We are passionate about sourcing ingredients that are local, sustainable, organic, and seasonal.
We buy from a variety of purveyors that include smaller fish mongers, cheese makers, and area farmers.

We give due deference to the wonderful variety of fresh seafood caught around the Irish continental shelf and far beyond. We specialize in seafood dishes but we do offer the best cuts of Irish beef and meat dishes to satisfy all.
